FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Shipments and deliveries are made on business days from Monday to Friday (Except holidays).

  • If the order is placed before 18:00 p.m., the order will be shipped the same day (except out-of-stock).
  • If the order is placed after 18:00 p.m., it will be shipped the next business day.

The standard agency term is 24-72 horas (Peninsula) from the day the shipment is made. In the Balearic Islands and Portugal this period can be extended to 72 hours.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link that will allow you to track the order on the courier service's website.

You can also track the status of your order by clicking on the "My account" section and "Tracking«. Enter the order number to check tracking.

You will benefit from free shipping costs for purchases over €100 + taxes (Amount in basket €121), for Peninsular shipments (Spain) 72 hours.
