Regarding the status of the product:

• You will only be liable for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from the handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
• For products that do not contain the original packaging or that show signs of use, we will evaluate the condition of the product to determine its refund value. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount based on the loss in value of the product.

The customer will have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal of the items purchased. This period will run from the receipt by the customer or a third party indicated by the customer, other than the carrier, of the purchased item(s).

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is enough that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires. The client must ensure that they receive an acknowledgment of receipt of the notification of the Right of Withdrawal request by HIDROMAR.

When the client has exercised the right of withdrawal, HIDROMAR will be obliged to return the amounts paid without withholding of expenses. However, in the event that the consumer has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive method of ordinary delivery, HIDROMAR will not be obliged to reimburse the additional costs derived from it.

Any shipping costs that may arise due to the customer's withdrawal will be borne by the customer.

Regarding the status of the product:

You will be solely responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from unnecessary handling, i.e. beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and correct functioning of the product.

If the product is not in its original packaging or shows signs of use, we will evaluate its condition to determine the applicable refund value. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount according to the loss in value that the product has suffered.

It is important to note that if the product has been unsealed or shows signs of use that affect its value, we will carry out an individual assessment to determine the possible reduction of the refund. Only the amount corresponding to the loss of value of the product will be deducted if it has been manipulated beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal will not apply to certain products, including:

• Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to technical, functional, or handling protection reasons, and that have been unsealed after delivery.
